Challenges
The client provided only positive feedback but struggled to communicate any negative feedback or constructive criticism. This lack of clarity led to friction and delays, emphasizing the importance of proactive planning and setting clear boundaries.
The two-month timeline, compounded by the holiday season and client delays, required constant adjustments and strategic planning.
The client exhibited unprofessional behavior, including emotional outbursts, allegations of aggressiveness due to racial bias, and overall bullying. This led to discomfort for both myself and my collaborator, ultimately resulting in the termination of my contract. Despite these challenges, I maintained professionalism and focused on delivering the project.
To streamline the project, we divided tasks into clear phases, which helped provide structure despite the client’s lack of consistent feedback.

The Process

Moved forward with website wireframes in Figma while awaiting logo feedback. Surprised the client by presenting both updates simultaneously, receiving approval to proceed.
Maintained constant communication with my collaborator to anticipate next steps and ensure smooth progress despite client challenges.
